Sire: CODIs Royal Armani
Date Bred: August 8, 2006
Athena could well be the poster girl for the ideal huacaya
breed standard! This half Accoyo, full Peruvian female is
the daughter of the great Accoyo macho Grand Triumph, and
a medium fawn 4Peruvian dam, thus likely to produce colored
offspring that Triumph has also been known for. We have a
number of Triumph daughters in our herd and rank them as some
of our best fleeces! Athenas fleece has a soft uniform
crimp which is evenly distributed over her entire body and
even up into her full bonnet. She is bred to our densest herdsire
Peruvian Royal Armani, an exceptionally
nice headed son of Accoyo Royal Fawn, with a 2006 shearing
weight of 12 lbs. Royal Armani is out of a Macusani dam, 6Peruvian
Jude, who had an 18.9 micron fleece at time of import.
