What a honey! This sweetheat will make you melt! A daughter of Racing River, she epitomized what we are striving for in our white line. Her dam, Applebee, has been an excellent producer for us with 3 daughters to date. The eldest daughter, Senator’s Starburst, is one of our Incan vicuna suri line foundation females, while Applebee’s solid black daughter, WoodsEdge Governess is now owned by Don & Sue Mellen. Governess at 12.5 months of age had a mean fiber diameter of 21.4 microns, with 40% of her fleece ranging from 17 to 20 microns and 14% of her fleece testing 16 microns AND UNDER! Honeybee was chosen to represent her award winning sire, Racing River at the 2004 World Futurity and Grand Slam shows, which we believe will be the toughest show in 2005!
